With a bold pivot into entrepreneurship, Pamela founded P.M. Holmes & Associates, a powerhouse marketing and PR agency in Atlanta. She led over 30 high-profile political and corporate campaigns, including initiatives for the Congressional Black Caucus and Fortune 100 brands like AT&T, Coca-Cola, and Ford. Her proven track record in branding, strategic messaging, and campaign execution catapulted her to the forefront of political consulting and earned her the role of Chief of Staff for DeKalb County, where she led multimillion-dollar community impact programs.
A recognized expert in emergency management, Pamela brings excellence and precision to large-scale staffing, crisis recovery, and nationwide preparedness. In addition to her government and corporate leadership, Pamela is a serial entrepreneur with 25+ years as a top-producing Realtor and former Operating Broker of P.M. Holmes Realty. Personal Life
When I’m not strategizing brands or inspiring change, you’ll find me pouring creative energy into the spaces and people that matter most. I’m a proud mom to two brilliantly talented, hilarious, and grounded young adults who are my greatest joy and my daily motivation. Family is my foundation, faith is my anchor, and laughter and food are my love languages.
I’m a passionate home cook, a retired professional singer, a design enthusiast, and a storyteller at heart. Whether I’m being lead by the spirit in my kitchen, singing karaoke, or curating beautiful spaces, I believe creativity is sacred and joy is essential.
I also have an insatiable love for international travel especially to sunny beaches with blue waters and white sands. It’s my way of recharging my spirit, expanding my perspective, and indulging in the beauty this world has to offer. Those moments of peace and awe remind me why we’re here: to live life boldly and beautifully.
I’ve lived many lives, worn many hats, and faced many challenges, but one thing has never changed: my desire to live fully, give generously, and leave every room and every life I touch better than I found it.
